1. Are the paintings hand-painted?

Yes, all the paintings displayed on the website are hand-painted by artisans on cloth. The artisans take months to create original piece of work.

2. What else is included with the artwork?

Only the artwork on cloth and does not include the photo frame.

3. Can I cancel the order after placing it?

Yes, cancellation is acceptable if done within 24 hours of placing your order.

After this, we send the items for dispatch for faster delivery.

4. Do you also take custom art orders of Pichwai painting?

Yes, if you share with us on exactly what do you want, we can get it custom made through our network of best artisans. Please note, the time required to complete custom order will depend on the artwork.

5. How long does it take to process the order?

We usually ship within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. Overall delivery to your address will depend on location.

6. Do you deliver outside Canada?

Yes, we deliver worldwide. Shipping charges will be extra for locations outside Canada.

7. Do you accept returns on the artwork?

Yes we do accept returns but only when the artwork is received in damaged condition or not as shown on the website.
